I love photographing weddings in downtown Cleveland. There are so many good places to take photos--the lake, the Rock Hall, the lake, the cultural gardens, the lake, the Cleveland Museum of Art, the lake. Did I mention the lake? This bride got ready at the Westin Cleveland downtown, then drove to her ceremony at the Annunciation Church in Tremont. She was beautifully emotional all day, and this moment happened just as she was getting ready to leave the Westin and head to the church. Her sister stepped in to make sure the veil was secured, and I caught the intense look of familiarity and trust between them. It felt like an entire conversation happened in that look, and her sister ended with "don't worry, I've got you." No words were said out loud, but I'm nearly certain that's what was communicated.
