From the moment I sat down with Charlotte and Brad in my studio to talk about their candlelight wedding at St. Peter’s with a reception at the Cleveland Yachting Club, I knew it was going to be fun. Charlotte and Brad bounced off of each other in a way that only couples in love do, and Charlotte was so organized. She knew she wanted a candlelight wedding, and everything flowed from there. We met at her mom’s house weeks beforehand to scope out the back yard and plan our photos, then planned out her timeline over the most delicious cookies baked by her mom.
When the day finally arrived, we were blessed with absolutely perfect weather. I was giddy with the fall sunlight, and Charlotte was nearly bursting with happy energy.
And while she was happy and joyful all day, she didn’t really let loose until the reception. Specifically, she and Brad let loose in an epic, choreographed, super-awesome first dance. I don’t know how many times they must have rehearsed it to be able to perform it so flawlessly, but it was fantastic.
