Cleveland Botanical Garden Wedding with Fred + Tim

I have been looking forward to this wedding ever since Fred and Tim met with me last year. From the vibe between them, and the way they responded to my work, I knew it would be a fun day. And oh my word, they did not disappoint. From their first look outside the Marriott, to their gorgeous wedding ceremony in the Japanese garden at the Cleveland Botanical Garden, every moment of their journey to being husband and husband was pure fun. Their wedding party was kind and so clearly happy for these two–they didn’t even complain when we walked all the way from the Italian Cultural Garden to the Hungarian Cultural Garden in the blazing hot sun! The people you surround yourself with are a reflection of the person you are–and that was so very evident on this wedding day. Each member of the wedding party was kinder than the last. I had so much fun hanging out with them. My favorite part of the day was during the wedding portraits at the Botanical Garden. We were finished with the wedding party photos, and it was just the three of us doing portraits of the couple. I told Tim to look at his soon-to-be-husband, and he gave the most utterly mischievous, smoking hot look. Another favorite moment was when Fred and his highschool bffs got together for a photo. I asked them how their high school selves would pose for this pic? The result was just what you’d expect, and we all ended up laughing. This day just flowed. It felt like I had an all access pass to their lives for this day, so I just stayed behind my camera and let all the feels happen.

Congratulations, Fred and Tim! You two were a dream to work with, and it was an absolute privilege to be a small part of your wedding day.
